The site was originally launched back in 2002, and is now relaunched in a whole new layout as we feel it´s about time for an alternative place to hang out for us AV entusiasts. AVforum.com was founded by Jon Eivind Lygren, an industry veteran and many times CEDIA attendant the past 20 years. Based off of Jupiter, Florida, as well as Oslo, Norway, Lygren is well versed and keeps in touch with the home cinema market at both sides of the pond.
